My Approach

I work integratively, meaning that I am skilled in various schools of talking therapy, and I apply what works best for the individual. My work is influenced by Transpersonal and Jungian Therapy which explores the unconscious, conscious and superconscious mind and helps people to find their inner potential which often gets suppressed by negative thoughts. 

My therapy services include Psychotherapy, Counselling, CBT and Trauma Therapy. I have a special interest in neuroscience and Trauma Therapy, including progressive methods such as Brainspotting, EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing ) and EFT (emotional freedom technique) which help to release trauma trapped in the subcortical brain.

People turn to therapy for many reasons. It may be a loss of self-worth, profound trauma or a feeling that something isn’t right and you can’t put your finger on what or why. Talking therapy guides you into deep internal exploration with someone who will listen with empathy in a safe space that is free of judgement.

When we are overwhelmed by loss, fear or trauma, the frontal lobe in our brain shuts down, and we cannot self-regulate. Therapy helps us connect with our inner selves and provides the wisdom to understand our suffering. Your therapist will give you guidance and someone you can trust to be with you on the journey to inner healing.

 
 

A safe space for online or in-person therapy.

My therapy studio is located in Notting Hill, London and at the CCPE centre in Little Venice, London. Can’t make it in person? Don’t worry. I am also available for online therapy sessions.
